Discovery and scope
We start with the problem, the people who will use the app and the smallest version worth shipping. You get a written scope, a first data model and a fixed price for the first phase.

Before building, we settle the stack, the data model, who can see what, how sign-in and billing work and where it runs. You talk to the person making those decisions, not a relay.

Frequently asked questions
How much does an app cost, and how long does it take?
It depends on scope. A focused MVP or internal tool usually takes a few weeks, a larger product a few months. We scope it after a discovery call and give you a fixed price for the first phase.
Who will I actually work with?
Mihai, the founder, leads every project directly: the architecture, the data model and the core of the code. Senior design and development partners join when the project needs them, and you talk to the people doing the work, not an account manager.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do. The repository, the database, the hosting and the Stripe account sit in your organization from the start, and we work in them with access you control.
Should we use Neon or Supabase?
Both are Postgres, so your data stays portable either way. We pick Neon when the app handles its own auth and logic and wants serverless Postgres with branching, and Supabase when built-in auth, storage and realtime save real work.
How much Stripe experience do you have?
A lot. We've built subscriptions, usage-based pricing, one-off checkouts, invoicing and marketplace payouts with Connect. We take care of webhooks, retries, tax and failed payments, the parts that decide whether billing is right every month.
Can you add single sign-on for our enterprise customers?
Yes. We use WorkOS for single sign-on with your customers' company accounts, plus directory sync and audit logs, so your product can get through enterprise IT reviews without building each integration by hand.
Can you take over an existing app?
Yes. We start with a review of the code, the data model, security and hosting, fix what's risky first, then keep building.
What support do you offer after launch?
You get a 30-day warranty: if you find bugs, we fix them. After that, a monthly maintenance plan for monitoring, upgrades and new features, or a documented handover to your own developers.
