Pick a monthly plan
Starter, Growth or Scale: a set number of hours each month for fixes, updates and improvements. You can switch plans later, and the change starts with your next billing period.

Request work in Studio
Open your project, choose Request work and describe what you need. Attach files if they help. Every request becomes a task you can follow.

We do the work
Mihai picks it up, or brings in the senior partner who fits the job. Time is logged against the task, so you see where every hour goes.

You review and approve
When a change is ready it shows as Needs your review, with a preview link where it helps. Approve it, or ask for changes with a comment.

A report every month
With each invoice you get a report of the tasks and the hours on each. Hours you didn't use carry over.

Frequently asked questions
What counts as an hour?
Time spent working on your tasks: looking into the problem, fixing or building, testing and publishing. It's logged against each task, so you see it in Studio and in the monthly report.
What happens to hours I don't use?
They carry over. Unused plan hours stay available for six months from the month they were added, and they're used before any extra hours are billed.
What if a month needs more hours than my plan?
The extra hours are billed on your next invoice at your plan's rate for extra hours, and Studio shows how many there are and what they cost as the month goes. You can set a monthly limit for extra hours: when it's reached, new work waits for the next billing period. If you often need more, a bigger plan costs less per hour.
How quickly do you respond?
Growth and Scale plans get priority over Starter, and a site that's down comes first on any plan. We agree together what counts as urgent for your site when we start, rather than promise a number we can't keep for every kind of request.
Who does the work?
Mihai, who knows your site, and for specialist work a senior partner he trusts. Either way, you talk to Mihai.
Can you maintain a site you didn't build?
Yes. We start with a short review of the code, the hosting and the integrations, fix anything risky, and from then on it works like any other plan.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Plans are month to month, with no long-term contract. A switch starts with your next billing period. If you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
Do I need your hosting to get a maintenance plan?
No. We maintain sites wherever they run, including Webflow and Shopify. If your site runs on our managed hosting, the hosting and the maintenance sit side by side in Studio.
