Who is Voyant for?
Travel businesses that sell trips and run the operation behind them: tour operators, destination management companies (DMCs), travel agencies, bespoke travel companies and businesses that sell cruises. It suits companies that want to sell direct on their own website and stop running the back office in spreadsheets.
Why work with you instead of setting up Voyant ourselves?
You can sign up and run Voyant from the dashboard on your own. We come in when you want it shaped around your business: the migration, configuration, integrations, a website and custom features, done with you by the person who builds Voyant.
Can you move our data from spreadsheets or our current system?
Yes. We migrate suppliers, contracts, customer history and active bookings, and check them with you before launch. Standard migrations from TourPlan, Lemax and Travel Studio are part of Voyant's onboarding, and we write the imports for anything else, spreadsheets included.
How much does it cost?
There are two parts. Voyant itself is a subscription with published plans, so check voyant.travel for current pricing. Our work, from setup and migration to integrations and custom features, is scoped after a call, with a fixed price for the first phase.
Who owns our data?
You do. Voyant is open source, and you can export all of your data on request, with no charges or friction. You can choose to host your data in EU regions, and your customers stay yours, not a marketplace's.
Can you build features Voyant doesn't have yet?
Yes, and it's a big part of what we do: custom modules, workflows, portals and supplier connectors built on Voyant, so the platform fits how you work.
What does Voyant integrate with?
Suppliers through Voyant Connect, with first-party connectors for TUI, Ventrata, Silversea, Viking and Hisky. Payments through Voyant Pay or your own processor, such as Stripe. Accounting in QuickBooks or Xero, webhooks for your other systems, and AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT.
How long does it take to go live?
Most operators go live on Voyant in 6 to 10 weeks, migration included. A custom website or larger integrations can add time, and you get a timeline after the operations audit.
What support do you offer after launch?
You keep a direct line to us. We fix issues, train new staff and keep building features as you grow, alongside the platform support included in your Voyant plan.
