Metasys delivers digital consulting across HR, finance, technology and more. Following a major acquisition, their web presence was scattered: several outdated websites, fragmented content, and inconsistent branding. They needed a unified platform that looked the part and scaled with them.
Planning and content structure
Comprehensive sitemap to consolidate all business units. Wireframes built for scale and clarity. Scraped content from all existing sites. Trained an AI model on marketing data to help their team rewrite and update content faster.
Website design
Designed detailed mockups with a playful but enterprise-ready tone, through fast feedback and quick iterations, for a premium and approachable look.
Webflow development
Built a scalable component system for easy updates. Integrated Google Analytics, HubSpot and Microsoft Clarity. Technical SEO including page titles and descriptions, image optimization, sitemaps, redirects and structured data.
HubSpot and WordPress migration
Migrated the main site from HubSpot using Webflow's official app, and moved smaller WordPress sites via scraping tools and automated workflows with minimal manual effort and maximum accuracy.
